DPM Mechanical Multi-spring Recoil Reduction System for Sig Sauer P226 – P 220 X-Six (Barrel 6"/152mm ) Classic Competition Supermatch PCC

The above DPM Recoil Reduction System works due to the multi-spring intricate rod (three springs) effect, acting like a brake on the slide. This will stop the slide within 6 to 8 millimeters before the frame. 

In some cases, the DPM Recoil System provides almost double the force in the slide's fully open position compared to the factory OEM spring. As a result, the pistol slide gently touches the frame, offering reduced recoil.

Further the moving parts of the pistol are protected, offering longer life to the pistol.

Included with the system are 5 separate springs. These external springs are different in length (also in power) so the shooter can fine tune the pistol on the opening and locking positions (slide on the battery) according his/hers personal standards. The longer spring (more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter springs.

The system includes also 2 different spring plugs. The spring plug with the marked groove is offering a heavier buffer effect and the spring plug with flat surface offers a lighter buffer effect (slide full open position).
