Barrel nut is 4140 pre-heat treated steel.
CNC machined to exacting tolerances for maximum weight removal.
We recommend no more than 50 ft. lbs. of torque.
Since gas tube timing is a non-issue, 50 ft. lbs. is ample torque.
Melonited finish otherwise known as black nitride.
Hardware is 18-8 stainless steel with a black oxide finish.
Recommend no more than 35 inch lbs. of torque.
