LWD Titanium Guide Rod (with stainless back cap), item number LWD-GR1722-Ti fits all Gen 3 G17,17L,22,24,31,34,35,37 models. The LWD Titanium guide rod can be used with the original factory recoil spring or ISMI "flat wound" recoil spring. To make the guide rod compatible with a Gen 4 model, a stainless guide rod adapter is required.  If you intend to use a Wolff "round wound" recoil spring, the included special washer must be installed behind the screw tip. The factory recoil spring weight is 17 lbs on all G17,17L,22,24,31,34,35,37 models.


Please NOTE:  Recoil spring not included must be purchased separately.

Recommends the use of Blue Loctite on the hex screw threads. This will provide a firm hold and still allow easy removal when necessary. Allen wrench provided.
