Details
Each NLX308L AR10 lower receiver starts with USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum. Next Level saw cut to length on their Programmable CNC Marvel Saw, then rough machine the contour. After broaching the magwell, they finish machine on their Haas VFss with Touch probe capabilities to complete the in-house process. Then the receiver is hard coat anodize to mil-spec tolerances for a durable finish. They inspect each receiver for tolerance and quality before shipping.
