Nomad Defense V2 Stripped Slide for Glock 17 Gen 5

The Nomad Defense V2 Slide is a premium slide designed with angles that integrate perfectly with Nomad Defense Nomad 9 pistol frame. While not as light as their original V1 slide, the V2 still benefits from modest material removal from the front of the slide, which aids in reducing felt recoil and muzzle flip.

The Nomad Defense V2 slide does not feature any window cuts. This means that in harsh conditions, less dirt and grime will get into your pistol. Additionally, the absence of window cuts means maximum traction on the out outside of the slide. Simply put–maximum traction in all conditions.

Nomad Defense slides go through rigorous reliability testing. Pair the Nomad Defense V2 Slide with a quality upper parts kit and a good recoil spring for market leading performance and reliability.

Standard Gen5 parts kits, such as Nomad Defense Upper Parts Kit for Gen5, or this OEM upper parts kit, will work in our Gen5 slides.

Nomad Defense recommend either Glock® factory recoil springs, or their  Nomad Defense Recoil Spring Assembly for G17 Gen4/5.
