At 2.2mm thin, the 14g Schmeisser back-up knife transforms via folding from its polypropylene cover into a useful tool with a sturdy handle. The nearly 3-inch long razor-sharp blade is made from surgical stainless steel and anti-corrosion coated. When the Schmeisser back up knife is closed, its smart locking mechanism keeps the blade perfectly secure.
