A balanced mid-length General Purpose piston Rifle - This 16" barreled 5.56 NATO chambered GPR is anything but your basic 16" rifle by Tinck Arms. Smooth shooting piston reliability with the accuracy of a quality DI gun. 

The piston chamber of the Perun's revolutionary Hybrid Short-stroke operation is moved from above the barrel to the top of the barrel nut in the body of the weapon. As a result, the accuracy, balance, and recoil management of the gun are improved by removing extra torque and weight from the front of the weapon. The Perun uses a minimal amount of unique components, allowing enabling unrestricted customization and modification of the weapon using conventional AR parts.

The Perun X16-16-GPR-E comes equipped with the proven heavy-duty 4150 Melonited Chrome-Moly Vanadium steel with a 1:7 twist and mid-length gas system. The muzzle is tipped with a 360-degree recoil reducer in black. Superlative Arms provides the Bleed-off adjustable gas block to optimize the Perun to your favorite ammunition and shooting preference. 

With the lower front-end weight, no gas blowback, and elevated sight rails, this GPR still embodies the 'Scoot N Shoot' with the addition of softer recoil and a true floating barrel over typical piston systems. The feather-weight polymer lower is equipped with an NP3-coated two-stage enhanced combat trigger.

The stock for the Perun X16-GPR-E is an ACR-style folding adjustable stock. This allows the rifle to be packed and transported easily or shot while folded, if necessary. An M1913 Picatinny rail stock adapter and a 30- round smoked polymer magazine are included.
