The Vltor VC-A2 flash hider is made of 17-4 stainless steel, and features a black oxide surface treatment. This muzzle device features an closed-bottom, five-port design, reminiscent of the original A2 birdcage configuration. The closed-bottom helps reduce ground disturbance when shooting from a prone positions. Thread pattern is 1/2-28 (RH).
