When hands are sweaty, greasy, tired, cold or if there's arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, Scalarworks LEAP Mount knobs can be difficult to turn, particularly when trying to remove a mount (such as a 3X magnifier from behind a red dot sight). Also, a mount can be snugged down a click beyond hand-tight for extra security if desired.
It’s small enough to hang on a lanyard (not included) and doesn’t damage your mount’s finish. It quickly indexes to the center of the dial and the rounded-end polished stainless-steel pins engage the knob’s serrations. The small yet effective handle allows an ergonomic torque application for mounting or dismounting your optic.
Made of injection mold quality ABS polymer with stainless steel spanner pins.
